I'm been designing passive mechanical logic gates based on linkages. I've made cardboard models: they really work. Time to write them up: work, finish, publish!
But my coloured diagrams are inscrutable. I can only understand them because I've made cardboard models while hot with the original invention. Simply crafting a web page with pretty coloured diagrams will not communicate anything. I need to use JavaScript to animate SVG, so that the diagrams on the webpage can be pulled and pushed by the reader, as though they had a cardboard model in their hands. Tricky!
I've nothing finished, yet (Saturday 20th June 2020) but here is my first working animation. It needs a lot of polishing.
I've added labels (14th Feb 2023, I've come back to life :-)
